Terms of Service

These terms apply when you visit synva.ai, use website AI chat, browse products and project stories, submit a Growth Assessment inquiry, learn about business growth strategy and AI solutions, or communicate with us about services. By accessing or using the website, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

This website introduces the Synva brand, approach, products, project scenarios, and contact channels. The responsible contracting entity, scope, fees, schedule, deliverables, acceptance criteria, data processing, confidentiality, and intellectual property for a project are set out in a separately agreed contract, order, quotation, implementation plan, data processing agreement, or supplemental document. That written agreement prevails over conflicting website information.

1. Website purpose and services

Synva uses this website to present growth strategy, AI Agents, Skills, AI APPs, Growth Assessments, services, cooperation models, project scenarios, and contact options. The site is primarily for business customers, managers, business leaders, and team decision-makers; it does not offer a general-purpose consumer AI service.

You may explore the site, speak with the AI Growth Advisor, inquire about an assessment, discuss cooperation, or follow official contact and social links. Website content does not guarantee a particular operating result, investment or franchise return, medical outcome, training result, or compliance conclusion.

2. Website information

We make reasonable efforts to keep information clear, accurate, and current. The site may include evolving proposals, illustrative interfaces, example workflows, product plans, draft screenshots, and provisional material. Content may change with strategy, product capabilities, customer permissions, providers, or legal requirements.

Unless expressly stated and agreed in writing, project stories, process diagrams, interface previews, example data, and service descriptions do not promise suitability for your business, implementation results, timing, or cost. Current Chinese-interface screenshots are displayed for illustration; this English website does not itself represent that every APP is available in English or that every overseas channel is connected.

3. Website AI chat

AI chat helps you describe your industry, business stage, growth challenges, demonstration needs, and service questions. Replies are preliminary communication generated from your input, website context, and our business approach. Chat does not itself create a CRM lead, send an email, or confirm a meeting. To arrange a human follow-up, use the website's contact details.

Chat does not provide a formal quote, contractual commitment, business guarantee, legal, financial, medical, or regulatory opinion, or a final implementation plan for your business. Responsible staff and appropriate advisers should review consequential business decisions, customer commitments, pricing, advertising, health claims, franchise requirements, personal information handling, and contracts.

Do not enter unlawful or infringing content, malicious instructions, attacks on systems, unauthorized trade secrets, sensitive personal information, or third-party materials you have no right to provide. You are responsible for the lawful source, authorization, and permitted use of information you submit.

4. Growth Assessment scope

A Growth Assessment considers the industry, workflows, team, objectives, materials, and project context you provide to identify promising starting processes. These may include acquisition, content production, partner conversion, customer operations, repeat purchases, training, store expansion, and business reviews.

An assessment is a consulting and requirements exercise. It is not automatically a full strategy report, implementation contract, or performance commitment. Specific revenue, lead counts, conversion, retention, partner numbers, store growth, or other outcomes are not promised without the necessary investigation, verification, mutual confirmation, and written project terms.

5. AI solution services

Services may include growth consulting, Agent workflow design, Skill modeling, AI APP implementation, knowledge organization, team training, trials, reviews, and iteration. Scope, duration, deliverables, interfaces, staffing, and fees must be agreed in project documents.

For connections to a CRM, WeCom, ordering, advertising, store, training, knowledge, or other customer system, the parties should agree permissions, data scope, account setup, test environment, release process, security boundaries, and acceptance method. Requests outside the contract, contrary to law or platform rules, or presenting clear compliance risks may be declined.

6. Your responsibilities

Information you provide should be accurate, lawful, complete for its intended purpose, and authorized. You must not use this website or chat to:

7. AI output and human review

Content generated by Agents, Skills, and AI APPs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, unsuitable for your business, or expressed inappropriately. Use it with responsible business judgment, industry standards, platform rules, applicable law, and internal approvals.

Review AI output before external publication, customer communication, partner commitments, health claims, advertising, pricing, contracts, training assessment, personnel management, or business decisions. Project services can help define approval and review processes but do not replace your final judgment.

8. Customer materials and authorization

By providing materials, you confirm that you have the right to supply, use, and authorize processing for the relevant purpose. Materials may include brand assets, products, project descriptions, customer journeys, scripts, SOPs, sales records, operations data, training resources, screenshots, and other business documents.

Customer names, project details, data, screenshots, metrics, outcomes, and promotional material require appropriate permission before public display. We will not use your unpublished materials as a public case study without authorization. Do not ask us to disclose third-party information you are not entitled to share.

9. Confidentiality

Discussions, assessments, demonstrations, and delivery may expose either party to nonpublic information. Unless the information is public, independently and lawfully obtained, approved for disclosure in writing, or required to be disclosed by law, the recipient should reasonably protect it and use it only for communication, evaluation, performance, and project delivery.

Project-specific confidentiality scope, duration, exceptions, personnel access, destruction, and liability are governed by the signed confidentiality agreement, service contract, or supplemental documents.

10. Intellectual property

We retain applicable rights in our website content, brand assets, methods, templates, code, interface designs, service frameworks, Agent workflows, general Skills, product capabilities, and underlying technology that is not specifically created for a customer. Without written permission, you may not copy, adapt, sell, reverse engineer, or use those materials for a competing purpose.

You or your company retain rights in your existing brands, trademarks, materials, customer data, workflows, product information, and internal knowledge. Rights in new custom deliverables, customer-specific Skills, data outputs, interface configurations, prompts, training materials, and licenses are governed by the project agreement.

11. Fees, quotations, and payment

Website service descriptions and AI replies are not fixed quotations. Fees depend on objectives, complexity, material readiness, integrations, selected APPs, depth of Skill modeling, ongoing support, staffing, and acceptance requirements.

Fees, payment milestones, invoices, refunds, suspension, termination, changes, and additional scope must be agreed in a written contract, order, or quotation.

12. Third-party services

The website and projects may use third-party AI APIs, cloud services, QR code services, WeCom, WeChat Official Accounts and Channels, email, analytics, deployment platforms, or customer-selected systems. Their terms, privacy policies, fees, and availability may apply.

We will reasonably help investigate issues arising from third-party outages, API changes, limitations, account restrictions, policy changes, network failures, or force majeure. We do not guarantee continuous availability of third-party services outside our control.

13. Prohibited uses

You must not use this website, chat, service materials, or deliverables for crime, fraud, privacy or intellectual property violations, malicious code, regulatory evasion, review manipulation, false advertising, discriminatory decisions, or other purposes harmful to individuals, businesses, platforms, or the public.

If such use is discovered or reasonably suspected, we may decline a response, suspend communication, refuse service, end relevant cooperation, or take necessary compliance measures.

14. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the website and chat are provided as available and as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, fully secure access, suitability for every business scenario, or AI replies that are always accurate, complete, current, or unbiased.

You are responsible for decisions you make based on website information, AI replies, or preliminary discussions, including business, advertising, partner development, healthcare, legal, financial, and personnel decisions. Responsibilities for a formal project are governed by its written agreement.

15. Limitation of liability

Unless a formal agreement provides otherwise, and subject to applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost anticipated profit, loss of goodwill or data, customer loss, business interruption, or third-party claims arising from access to this website, use of chat, or reliance on website information. Liability is subject to applicable law and the parties' written agreement.

16. Changes to these terms

These terms may change with website features, AI access, product capabilities, law, workflows, or service providers. Updated terms and their revision date will appear on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

17. Governing law and disputes

The formation, validity, interpretation, performance, and resolution of disputes under these terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties should first seek an amicable resolution; if unsuccessful, a dispute may be submitted to a people's court with jurisdiction. A separate formal project contract may provide otherwise.
